Who is the Garage Wizard?

Garage Wizard is a new automotive detailing, garage and tool organization website, as well as a small tool and gadget outlet. THE garage wizard is just a regular guy that does regular guy stuff in my regular suburban neighborhood.

A little about myself. I have spent my life working with my hands and using tools daily. I have always, in one way or another worked with my hands, and with tools. I spent 20 years in the Air Force, and Air National Guard working on the flight line. I wrenched on F-16’s as an avionics technician. Now retired from the military, I run a small bicycle store that sells new bikes, parts, accessories, and of course repairs! I started the bicycle shop 10 years ago now, and it is still going well.

I have always had an interest in cars of all kinds! I think it all started with my old man when I was a child. He always swore that one of my first real words was carburetor. I’m not sure I believe that, but my earliest car memory is of my parent’s 71 Charger they called the “Silver Streak”. I’ve loved and have had many cars over the years, and am currently working on 3 classic MOPARS. My newest acquisition is a new to me 71 Charger, that is just about as close to the Charger I remember as a child that I could find! I’m sure she will find her way into videos and pictures!

My unique experiences in the military, and working out of small garages for most of my life at this point, has spurred me to start my new e-commerce venture called Garage Wizard! Working in aviation, has given me the respect for tool organization and accountability. Trying to cram as many tools and equipment around tiny garages has also led me to pursue garage organization as a necessity! I can’t discount my brick and mortar retail business experience to see just how much business is generated on the internet. It’s kind of a “If you can’t beat em, join em” scenario, I guess. What’s our plan?

Well, Our plan is to bring to you, products that provide value, quality, and innovation. We are starting small, with our own Garage Wizard line of car care products. These are available now, of course. We will hopefully expand that line with other products and garage gear as we scale up. We also love to partner with smaller like minded companies with nice, smart products. Alien Space Savers, also available here Alien Space Saver Socket Organizer System is a great example of a U.S. made product, from a small upstart in Colorado! Whenever possible, we will try to sell products from fellow veteran owned companies. USA made products, although difficult to source sometimes, will always be a priority! Our Garage Wizard line of car wash and detailing chemicals is all made here in the USA too! We warehouse on site all of the products that we sell. It’s not drop shipped, or anything silly, just a good old fashioned online retail business. If you have a product that fits our vision, please reach out, and maybe we can work together! We especially want to hear from veteran owned companies, with USA made goods. Well, I think that’s enough about me, for now. Let’s get out in the garage and get some stuff done!
